My View on Teachers (Fact which unfortunatly is boring)

Teachers are an authority most people will have to face, some we would like and some we won't. The following senario (Which is pretty darn laughable if you were there) is based on what happened today, I was in class doing english and I forgot my composition (essay) book so I took out a paper, our teacher was writing on the board on what we were going to write. However the topics she gives aren't really popular, so anyway the topic for the day was "Write a speech on Ways to Prevent Burglary" and she was writing stuff we need to know about writing speeches (Which she said we couldn't learn after today), one of these included "Introduce yourself", it did make sense for awhile untill she kept on bugging us to not introduce ourselves in the speech. As a curious person I would then ask why it would be under "Things you need to know about writing speeches" and right after I asked that she started yelling at me going a little like this "YOU ARE ALWAYS LIKE THIS BOY, ALWAYS COMMENTING WHEN YOU DIDN'T BRING YOUR BOOK. THINK YOU SO SMART AH???!!!!" and after I attempt to point out that it was under "Things you need to know about writing speeches" she went "YOU SO SMART DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT LA BOY!!!" and "NO RESPECT AH??!!"(Note how she speaks in Malaysian slanged english) Well after hearing this there would be no point attempting to return fire as this would be some huge waste of time as she herself pointed out the fact that I improve at my work every term thus meaning that she herself thinks I'm smart.

Now exactly how do I respect someone who yells at a student for asking a question? Here I will start with my main point respect which as a student, will be writen in a student's point of view. I believe that the most enjoyable of teachers aren't those who are under one of these catagories:

• Too serious- These sort under my opinion would be extreamly boring and most of us wouldn't learn a thing.
• Too fun- Teachers under this catagory aren't really doing their job and once again most of us wouldn't learn a thing.
• Not intrested- Teachers like this are those who just don't come at all.

My most enjoyable teachers in my current school would include my : First math teacher, first english teacher, science teacher who just left, current litrature teacher and my history and geography teacher(Same person). These are my favorites because they all have a good social quality, are also serious and actually remember your name. Now I believe that teachers shouldn't be demanding respect from us without reason, respect between teachers and students should be equal and earned. And if we respect you we do it by our own will, but teachers should also respect us as students as we are the ones who are gonna be paying our fees to give you your pay, while my fellow students and me will be out there returning the favour if you earn it. And by now I have just finished a speech all by itself and it wasn't so hard now was it?

Forgive me for my "boringness", I'm a little rusty and this was supposed to contain a conversation I had with a bunch of Form 3 friends which was friggin funny.
